“ Amazing Store, got all your basics as a corner store should. Very clean and welcoming with the Cafe benchs looking like a country vibe. Very old school look but fantastic. You know the food is great when its busy with locals. The staff used everyone's first name including mine even though I only ordered 2 things. The music was rocking with a 60's play list when I was there. Its a must for me now to get off the M1 take a break and just enjoy the atmosphere. ”

“ For too long Kempsey & it’s surrounds have been the poor cousin to Coff’s Harbour & Port Macquarie. Gradually though, things are starting to change. Partly drawn by the allure of the famous Crescent Head surfing reserve & the attraction of a now growing infrastructure that has home buyers creeping in to the area. Not surprising, The Corner Store at South Kempsey is bringing some culinary ‘street cred’ to its fast food offerings. Home made, in house cooked & prepared, this place will certainly become an institution. Brilliant coffee too so you won’t need a double shot. I don’t know these operators from a bar of soap but their cooking makes them feel like family! It’s a yes from me! ”
